Refund Policy

Starting on the effective Date of the contract and down payment received.

At "Bec-Recovery", we strive to provide reliable and professional semi-truck recovery services. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking a service.

1. Non-Refundable Down Payments

All down payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable once the service contract has been executed, and the recovery driver is on the road. This applies regardless of any later cancellation.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

If cancellation occurs after a driver has been dispatched and is en route to recover the truck:

• The down payment remains non-refundable.

• You will be responsible for all expenses incurred by the driver, including but not limited to:

  • Fuel

  • Hotel accommodations

  • Airplane travel expenses

  • Car rentals

  • Meals

  • Tolls

  • Any other necessary travel costs

  • Labor time

These costs will be calculated and invoiced based on actual receipts and distance traveled.

3. Cancellation When Driver Is Near the Truck’s Location

If the driver is within close proximity to the truck's location, you agree to cover all return transportation and logistical expenses required for the safe return of the driver to their original hub. This includes:

• Return travel (flight, rental car, or other)

• Hotel stays if needed

• Meals

• Any additional incidental expenses

• Labor time

• and any other expenses associated with the safe return of the driver base. 

4. No Refunds for Completed Services

Once the recovery service is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you were incorrectly charged or would like to dispute an expense, please contact us in writing at [Your Email Address] within 5 business days of the invoice date.
